Johnathon J. James, 27, of East Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts), second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 6:37 p.m.

Aaron R. Oldenburg, 32, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:27 p.m.

Monday, July 17

Daryl P. Robson, 47, of Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:16 a.m.

Richard Smith, 55, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 18

Corey C. Keyworth, 36, of New Britain, was charged with interfering with an officer, following too closely, evading responsibility, traveling too fast for conditions and operating under suspension, 3:33 p.m.

Thursday, July 20

John Browdy, 24, of Vernon, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, operating under suspension, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and operating without minimum insurance, 7:02 p.m.

Monday, July 24

Kevin A. Wassell, 43, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle, 2:34 a.m.

Melissa R. Cegielski, 42, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 2:34 a.m.
