Tuesday, March 14

Todd J. Coelho, 26, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:30 p.m.

Mark D. Eddy, 40, of Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 10:00 a.m.

Todd J. Coelho, 26, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order, 11:24 p.m.

Friday, March 17

Marc A. Llorens, 28, of Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, unreadable license plate and operating under suspension, 12:39 a.m.

Jennifer L. Wisnieski, 30, of Ellington, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 8:26 a.m.

Jacada N. Patterson, 29, of Wethersfield, was charged with third-degree assault, 11:15 a.m.

Christopher G. Mitchell, 33, of Vernon, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:31 p.m.

Saturday, March 18

Jamil E. Dahhan, 42, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:30 a.m.

Qualea S. Dennis, 31, of Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and third-degree assault.

Tuesday, March 21

Kelsey Otero, 28, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and operating under suspension, 8:43 a.m.
