Devon L. Stewart, 32, of Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 5:12 a.m.

Joseph A. Douglas, 46, of Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance,operating under suspension, giving a false name/address and operating without a license, 8:33 p.m.

Maria G. Duenas, 48, of Simsbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
