Friday, Nov. 12

Caleb W. Newburry, 24, of Bristol, was charged with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery (three counts), 11:12 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 13

Malachi M. Dean, 27, of Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without insurance and failure to display lights, 11:45 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 14

Maximo Mena-Torres, 29, of Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 2:00 p.m.

Christian J. Serrano, 20, of Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny, 2:00 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 15

Frederick O. Brown, 41, of East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:04 a.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 16

Charles A. Santiago, 32, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 1:52 a.m.
