Friday, Nov. 25

Yeilian Rodriguez-Marrero, 28, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and risk of injury to a child (two counts), 3:33 a.m.

Armanie A. Vega, 26, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:48 p.m.

Marquan L. Moriarty, 28, of Milford, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear (four counts), 12:00 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 3

Khalil H. Ragland, 36, of Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, 1:50 a.m.

Monday, Dec. 4

Stephen D. Zrinchak, 27, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 8:30 a.m.

Beelove S. Nimely, 21, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 11:35 a.m.

Patricia V. Beckford, 67, of New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:59 p.m.

Robert J. Hendrickson, 40, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 6:13 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

Bruce Salisbury, 56, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 9:46 p.m.
