Fred O'Neal, 45, of 52 Candlewood Dr., South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, 7:26 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 22

Felicia M. Cooper, 32, of 26 Pawtucket St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 8:58 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Dorothy Costello, 42, of 256 Felt Rd., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:00 p.m.
