Friday, Oct. 7

Muhammad U. Farooq, 46, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order (12 counts) and criminal violation of a restraining order, 3:00 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 9

Olga A. Gerber, 54, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, 10:13 p.m.
