Sunday, Oct. 8

Arik R. Dagan, 18, of Southbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:43 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 12

Ebony M. Evans, 32, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:15 a.m.

Josie Gillette, 33, of Coventry, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 3:41 p.m.

Tanita A. Williams, 33, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of probation (four counts), 4:43 p.m.

Steven W. Houser, 33, of Vernon, was charged with third-degree larceny, 6:46 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Ryan J. Burns, 36, of Bristol, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker, 6:38 p.m.

Eloisa R. Rivera, 49, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle and failure to obey traffic control signals, 11:59 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 16

Kenneth K. Kaiser, 62, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires, 2:34 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Steven Coons, 34, of New Milford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 11:30 a.m.

Richard D. LaFleur, 49, of South Windsor, was charged with violating a protective order (two counts), 4:17 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Sherwin O. Hackett, 46, of Hartford, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, second-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint, 2:50 a.m.

Dorothy K. Barclay, 32, of South Windsor, was charged with failure to store a firearm properly, risk of injury to a child, second-degree assault with a firearm, first-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment, 7:59 a.m.

Jeffery J. Fennelly, 39, of Watertown, was charged with organized retail theft, carrying a dangerous weapon, fourth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 5:41 p.m.
