Sunday, Sept. 12

Leonard C. Hill, 39, of 272-C South Marshall St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, 5:38 p.m.

Leon V. Brown, 42, of 30 Gillett St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, 5:38 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 15

Bryan R. Ramos, 19, of 80 Douglas St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 2:38 a.m.

Aaron R. Oldenburg, 31, of 223 Lefoll Blvd., South Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 5:37 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 16

Derik J. Ramsdell, 40, of 33 Richard Rd., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:44 a.m.
