Wednesday, Sept. 2

Kimberly Hecker, 56, of 37.5 Elm St., Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree failure to appear, on a pair of warrants.

Thursday, Sept. 3

Curtis M. Thompson, 41, of 140 South Main St., Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, misuse of marker plate and operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, 6:15 p.m.

Jordan E. Murdy, 21, of 64 Blue Ridge Dr., South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2:18 a.m.

Alphah H. East, 42, of 14-1 Arthur Dr., South Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 3:13 p.m.
