Wednesday, Sept. 8

John K. Mackie, 58, of 8 Spruce St., Plymouth, Mass., was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree violating conditions of release, 11:10 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 9

Syedjahanzeb Bulchari, 37, of 65 Beelzebub Ave., South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 10:45 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 11

Ronald A. Serville, 44, of 233 Ellington Rd., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signals, 2:00 a.m.

Luis E. Sierra, 41, of 26 Cinnamon Springs, South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, 2:21 a.m.

Sunday, Sept. 12

Arthureine T. Harriott, 22, of 27 Derek Ln., Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 4:59 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 13

Kwitzpatrick A. Duffany, 34, of 334 Mansfield Ave. Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:10 p.m.
