Thursday, Sept. 10

Richard LaFleur, 46, of 27 Cinnamon Springs, South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, 5:22 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 11

Bryan Zdanis, 41, of 234 Rainbow Rd., Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and following too closely, 8:04 p.m.
