Khalil Montgomery, 22, of Hartford, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 10:56 a.m.

Friday, Sept. 16

Samuel Guerard, 45, of New London, was charged with third-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, second-degree forgery, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 7:05 a.m.

Angel L. Santiago, 38, of Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:44 a.m.

Stephanie Ragozzino, 39, of Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:19 p.m.

Elicia Nardini, 41, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 6:30 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 18

Darian E. Alexandeer-Schworm, 18, of South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving and first-degree reckless endangerment, 10:54 a.m.

Aaron R. Oldenburg, 32, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 1:02 a.m.

Tanner R. Harrington, 44, of Haddam, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:12 a.m.

Meghan C. Gardner, 45, of Haddam, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:18 a.m.
