On Thursday, May 16th, State Rep. Bill Aman joined State Senator Gary LeBeau and State Rep. Christopher Davis to award art students from South Windsor, Ellington, East Windsor and East Hartford during the ‘Art at the Capitol’ awards ceremony at Legislative Office Building in Hartford. The Art at the Capitol program, now organized by State Senator Gary LeBeau, originally began in 1985 with state Sen. John Larson exhibiting the work of young, dedicated art students at the Capitol. Selected students have their work displayed in the Legislative Office Building Concourse for weeks while the General Assembly is in session.
