South Windsor Church Fire Ruled Arson, Reward Offered
A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered leading to an arrest of the person responsible for the St. Peters Episcopal Church fire.
An August church fire in South Windsor has been ruled arson and a reward of up to $2,500 has been authorized for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
South Windsor police were notified of a fire at St. Peters Episcopal Church at 109 Sand Hill Road at about 7 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1.
The South Windsor Fire Marshal Office and South Windsor Police Fire Investigators have ruled the fire an arson case.

Police said the incident may be related to a criminal mischief incident that occurred at a nearby residence a few days earlier where gas cans were poured out and damage was done to a tractor.
