South Windsor Cops Nab Human Trafficking Fugitive
A woman living in Manchester wanted in a human trafficking case was arrested by South Windsor police.

MANCHESTER/SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police helped nab a fugitive wanted on a human trafficking charge.
At about 6 a.m. in Friday, South Windsor officers were assigned to assist U. S. Marshals with the arrest of a woman wanted in Florida on extraditable charges, police said.
The officers located the woman at 276 Deming St. and took her into custody, police said.

Virginia Mitchell, 44, of 86 Birch St. Manchester, was charged in an extradition case, police said. Mitchell’s charges stem from an active arrest warrant by Osceola County in Florida for violations of human trafficking and exploitation of the elderly, police said.
