South Windsor Cracks Top 10 in Field Hockey Poll

The Bobcats have overwhelmed opponents by an incredible 72-4 scoring margin this season.

For the second straight week, Enfield High School led the field as top vote-getter in the latest Connecticut field hockey coaches poll, collecting five of seven first-place ballots.

The Eagles (12-0) are the lone remaining undefeated, untied team in the state, and boast an amazing scoring margin of 61-1 over their opponents.

Greenwich (13-2) placed second in the most recent balloting, garnering two top votes.

South Windsor (10-1-1) finally cracked the leaderboard, placing 10th in the most recent balloting. The Bobcats have overwhelmed opponents by an incredible 72-4 scoring differential.
