South Windsor Gets Votes in Preseason Softball Poll
The Bobcats are seeking to improve on last season, when they were eliminated in the first round of the Class LL tournament.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — An outstanding 17-3 regular season record in 2017 was marred by an opening-round loss in the Class LL state tournament, but the South Windsor High School softball team is looking to improve on that standard.
The Bobcats received some support from voters in preseason balloting of coaches and media members.
Defending Class M champion Seymour collected nine of 13 first-place votes to pace the initial balloting. Southington, which garnered the other four top votes, was second.
