South Windsor Event Set For Saturday
A free community event will include health screenings, resources, giveaways, activities and food vendors.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A free community event focused on health, wellness and family fun is set for Saturday in South Windsor.
The South Windsor Health Department’s Health and Wellness Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at Veteran’s Memorial Park, 575 Pleasant Valley Road.
The event is free and open to the community, according to a post from Just One: South Windsor’s Community Opioid Response.

Organizers said the fair will include free health screenings, health information, community resources, giveaways and raffles, games and activities, and food vendors.
The event is being billed as a day of health, wellness and fun for all ages.

Community partners listed on the event flyer include the Community Health Network of Connecticut, South Windsor Human Services, Indian Valley YMCA, the Connecticut Department of Public Health, South Windsor Fire Department, Manchester Memorial Hospital and several other local and regional organizations.
