South Windsor High School Indoor Track Athletes Qualify for States
A number of Bobcats will be competing in the state championships next month.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Several members of the South Windsor High School indoor track team have posted numbers good enough to qualify for state competition later this winter.
The boys and girls Class L meet will be held Feb. 11 at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven. The State Open will also take place there on Feb. 18.

BOYS
- 600 meters - Asfar Jamil, 1:25.84; Derek Lezon, 1:31.98
- 1,000 meters - Brendan Cestari, 2:29.94; Asfar Jamil, 2:46.83

GIRLS
