The incident occurred Sunday morning.

Update: Power has been restored and Nevers and Ayers roads have reopened.

Update: Crews have arrived, but the repair time is expected to take an extended amount of time.

About 250 South Windsor homes are without power after a utility pole snapped near Nevers and Ayers roads in South Windsor.
