South Windsor Jumps Into Top 5 of Baseball Poll

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — An eight-game winning streak to open the season propelled South Windsor High School into the top five of the weekly poll of sports media members.

The Bobcats (8-1) are scheduled for home games Wednesday against East Catholic and Thursday against Wethersfield.

Fairfield Prep (10-1) collected 10 of 12 first-place votes to move into the top spot in the latest balloting.
