South Windsor Man Charged in Vandalism/Burglary Spree
He was arrested on numerous charges and held on $150,000 bond.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A local man was charged last week on multiple arrest warrants stemming from a rash of vandalism in 2016.
Allen Collins, 34, of 8 Collins Lane, was charged Thursday at Manchester Superior Court with 11 counts of third-degree burglary, seven counts of first-degree criminal mischief, a single count of second-degree criminal mischief and four counts of third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $150,000.
The charges stem from an investigation into numerous acts of vandalism that occurred along Sullivan Avenue and Strong Road in 2016. Collins was caught breaking into a Sullivan Avenue business and officers later tied him into the various other vandalism cases, Deputy Chief Scott Custer said.
