South Windsor Man Facing Four Felony Charges
He was released after posting $350,000 bond after being served with a warrant Monday.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A South Windsor man was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with several felonies in connection with a physical altercation with a woman in February.
Jani Hatika, 50, of 25 Glenwood Road, was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree strangulation, first degree unlawful restraint and intentional cruelty to person, which are all felonies. He was also charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
He was released after posting a $350,000 surety bond, and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court March 30.

The charges stem from a physical dispute with a woman at his South Windsor home. Officers later learned of the dispute, and an arrest warrant was obtained and served on Monday, Deputy Chief Scott Custer said.
