South Windsor Man Gets Cruelty Charge for Shoving Child: Cops
A man is facing multiple charges for a domestic tirade in South Windsor, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A South Windsor man is accused of pushing a child during a domestic tantrum over the weekend, police said.
On Saturday, South Windsor police responded to a Fairview Drive home for a reported domestic incident, according to an arrest report.
Officers learned that a man was throwing things in the home and had shoved a child during the tirade, according to an arrest report.

Two other juveniles were present for the man’s outburst, according to an arrest report.
The man left the home as police were being called but was later located and detained in Vernon, police said.

The man was identified as Darren Scaramella, 42, of 90 Fairview Drive, South Windsor. He was charged with cruelty to persons, risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to an arrest report.
