South Windsor Man Killed in Crash on Route 20
The single-vehicle crash closed a portion of Route 20 for more than four hours during an investigation.

WINDSOR, CT — A one-car crash on Route 20 Monday afternoon claimed the life of a South Windsor man, state police reported.
According to a police report, Kyle Puttin, 23, was driving a 2004 Mazda 3S on the eastbound side of Route 20 near Route 75 just after 4 p.m. when he lost control, veered off the right shoulder up an embankment and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A portion of the roadway was closed for more than four hours during an investigation, according to a Twitter post by Connecticut State Police.
