South Windsor Man Locked Up on Sex Assault Charges

A South Windsor man was arrested on a pair of sexual assault warrants, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A 21-year-old South Windsor resident is accused of being sexually involved with a minor, police said.

On Friday, South Windsor Police officers arrested David Dean, 21, of Trumbull Lane, South Windsor.

Police said he was charged with multiple counts of risk of injury to a minor, second-degree sexual assault and
disorderly conduct.

Dean was held on $800,000 court-set bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 5, police said.

Dean’s charges stem from an investigation into a complaint that he had a sexual relationship with a person younger than 16.

Investigators later obtained two arrest warrants, which were served Friday morning, police said.
