South Windsor Man Set Fire To Town-Owned Property: Police
A man was arrested for a July 4 incident in which police say he set fire to a shed on a town-owned property then shared a video of it.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - A man was arrested Monday for allegedly setting fire to a small shed on town property. Benjamin Saxon, 18, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree arson and held on $25,000 bond.
Police said that Saxon shared a video of himself setting fire to a small shed July 4 on town-owned open space property on Clark Street. In the video, Saxon is seen describing his actions while lighter fluid is sprayed on the shed, then ignited. To sign up for South Windsor breaking news alerts and more, click here.
Police worked with fire investigators to inspect the structure and identify the suspect. An arrest warrant was later obtained for Saxon who was arrested Monday morning.
