South Windsor Obituary: Mary Barrett, 77

Mary Barrett, 77, of South Windsor died unexpectedly on Monday, October 24, 2016 at her home.

Mary was born on August 23, 1939 in Hartford, daughter of the late Cornelius and Agnes (O'Brien) Barrett. She was a graduate of the University of Hartford. Mary worked for SNET for over 30 years.

She leaves her brother, Peter Barrett and sister, Margaret Barrett both of East Hartford.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, 10 a.m., at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 673 Ellington Rd., South Windsor. Burial will follow at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield. There are no calling hours.
