South Windsor Obituary: Mary Foley, 98

Mary R. (Rohan) Foley, 98, of South Windsor, beloved wife of the late William M. Foley died peacefully September 22, 2017.

Mary was born in Hartford. She was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Sheridan) Rohan. Mary graduated from Hartford High School, married the love of her life, William M. Foley and moved to East Hartford where she would raise her three children.

After her children were old enough, Mary began a long career at Pratt & Whitney. She and William retired to Florida and eventually returned to Connecticut, settling in South Windsor.

Mary leaves behind her children, John Foley of New Port Ritchie FL., Donna Moraza and her husband William of South Windsor, Louise Jackston of Celebration FL., as well as 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mary was predeceased by her sister Dorothy Decker, her daughter-in-law Jean Foley, and her son-in-law Robert Jackston.
