South Windsor Offices To Close For Holiday; Refuse Pickup Delayed
No refuse or recycling collection will take place in South Windsor on Thanksgiving Day.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, all town offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 25 and 26.
Refuse and recycling collection will follow the regular schedule Monday through Wednesday. There will be no refuse and recycling collection on Thanksgiving Day. If your normal collection is on Thursday, it will be picked up on Friday; if your normal collection is on Friday, it will be picked up on Saturday.
Scrap metal pickup is on Wednesday, Nov. 24. Contact All American Waste at 860-289-7850 to schedule a pickup by noon Tuesday.
