South Windsor Police Arrest Hartford Man On New Jersey Extradition Warrant
Police said a Hartford driver stopped after a red-light violation was wanted in New Jersey on two charges.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a Hartford man Wednesday afternoon after a traffic stop at Sullivan Avenue and John Fitch Boulevard led officers to an extraditable warrant from New Jersey.
According to police, Ernesto Victorieux, 33, of Hartford, was driving a motor vehicle that went through the red light at the intersection. Police said the stop happened at 4:34 p.m. on May 13.
During the traffic stop, police determined Victorieux had an extraditable warrant out of New Jersey. According to police, the warrant was for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Victorieux was taken into custody and held on a $500,000 surety bond, according to police. Police said he was to be presented in Manchester Superior Court Thursday.
