South Windsor Police Arrests Include Breach of Peace, Risk of Injury to a Minor

Recent arrests by the South Windsor Police Department.

A South Windsor man was recently arrested following a domestic dispute.

South Windsor police responded to a 911 call from a Pine Knob Drive residence at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11. Upon arrival officers learned that two residents of the home had been arguing and the male had struck the female party in the back.

Officers arrested the man, Rameschandra Lad, 43, of 91 Pine Knob Drive. He was charged with breach of peace and interfering with emergency Calls. Lad was later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Woman charged with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace

South Windsor police responded to a domestic dispute at a Windsorville Road home at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11.

Officers learned two women had been involved in a physical altercation in the presence of two children.

Officers arrested one of the women, Nicole Dibattista, 32, of 186 Windsorville Road. She was charged with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace. Dibattista was later released on a $10,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 12.
