South Windsor Police Investigating Possible Advertising Scam
A man is claiming to be selling advertising for a magazine that police have determined to be fictitious.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police are reaching out to business owners, both in town and nearby, during an investigation of possible fraudulent advertising sales.
Police are seeking information from businesses that may have been solicited or paid a man identifying himself as Frank Cusano of Waterbury, who has been selling advertising in a magazine called “The Windsors" under a business name of “Sun Media Marketing," Deputy Police Chief Scott Custer said.
An investigation by the South Windsor Police Department has concluded that this company does not exist and Cusano’s publication is fictitious. He has been active in South Windsor and many other nearby towns, Custer said.
