South Windsor Police Seek Man Who May Be Suicidal

The South Windsor Police Department is seeking information on the location of Barry Simpson, 49, a former South Windsor resident who made suicidal threats earlier on Friday in Chicopee, Mass., and might make his way back to South Windsor, according to police.

Simpson is a white male, 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.

Police said he was last seen wearing shorts and a T-shirt in Chicopee, Mass, where he had made suicidal threats. Simpson may be in possession of a hunting knife, according to police.
