South Windsor Police Seeking Voyeurism Suspect
The Hispanic male was seen photographing underneath dressing room doors at the Target store late Sunday afternoon.
South Windsor, CT - Police are attempting to determine the identity of the male pictured in the accompanying photo, who was seen photographing underneath dressing room doors at the Target store on Buckland Hills Drive Sunday.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 5-feet-9, with spiked brown hair.
The incident occurred Sunday around 6 p.m., police said.
