Plenty of Hartford and Tolland county players recently won big CT Lottery prizes.
SOUTH WINDSOR — There were plenty of tickets featuring CT Lottery wins of $10,000 or more in Hartford and Tolland counties over the past week. One came off a ticket from a South Windsor store.
