South Windsor Street Work To Last Into August
The Public Works Department said crack sealing will be done on various local streets.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - The Public Works Department has started doing crack sealing on various streets in South Windsor, a project that will extend into next month. A statement from the department says that the work will extend to Aug. 10.
The process includes air cleaning of pavement cracks that are one half inch to one inch in depth. The cracks then are filled with a hot elastic rubber compound.
While major disruptions aren't expected, there may be delays in traffic near work zones. For more information, call the Street Services Division of Public Works at 860-648-6366.
