South Windsor Tax Office Closes Unexpectedly

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The South Windsor Tax Collector’s Office closed unexpectedly Wednesday and will re-open as soon as possible. No reason was provided for the sudden closure.

According to an announcement from town officials, cash payments cannot be accepted at this time. All payments should be mailed, placed in the drop box at Town Hall or made online via debit or credit card. ACH payments are waived.

Envelopes for payments made by check can be found on the front door of Town Hall. Anyone needing a receipt is asked to make a note on the envelope. Receipts can be mailed or emailed; list an email address on the envelope if an emailed receipt is preferred.
