South Windsor Woman Faces 29 Counts of Larceny Charges
The woman is accused of stealing $16,000 from her employer.
A South Windsor woman was charged Wednesday with allegedly stealing $16,000 from her employer.
Alejandra Silvia, 30, of Krawski Drive, was arrested on a warrant and charged with four counts of fourth-degree larceny, 11 counts of fifth-degree larceny and 14 counts of sixth-degree larceny.
Police said Silvia’s charges stem from a February larceny complaint from a Buckland Road retail store where she was employed.

An internal investigation revealed that Silvia had credited her own credit cards from the store accounts, causing a $16,000 loss to the retailer, according to police.
Silva was held on an $8,000 cash bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday.
