Police said McGhie’s charge stems from a December 2015 dispute at a Buckland Road restaurant. After Mcghie left the scene, officers determined an electronic stun gun that he had in his vehicle was a violation of the Connecticut law.

Police said Williams’ charges stem from a September 2015 case in which Williams failed to stop for an officer on Route 5, and then accelerated to over 90 MPH on interstate 291.
