Storm Prompts Change to Friday Classes in South Windsor
A serious winter storm left north-central Connecticut blanketed with about a foot of snow Thursday.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Thursday's winter storm dumped nearly a foot of snow on north-central Connecticut, prompting South Windsor school officials to cancel classes and activities for Friday, Jan. 5.
All South Windsor public schools will be closed Friday, and after-school activities have been canceled.
