Suspected Car Thief Charged in South Windsor
A suspected car thief was charged in South Windsor.

SOUTH WINDSOR — A teen accused of car theft has been charged, police said.
On Thursday, South Windsor Police arrested Andell Wilson, 18, of Hartford, CT on an outstanding warrant.
He was charged with Second-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, according to a report.
He was held on $15,000 surety bond and was to appear in Manchester Superior Court later Thursday, according to a report.

Wilson’s charges stem from an October 2017 incident in which he was found to be in
possession of a stolen vehicle, police said.
Investigators linked Wilson to the vehicle and later obtained an arrest warrant for him that was served Thursday morning, according to a report.
