Suspects Charged $5.8K to Stolen Credit Card: Police

South Windsor Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects who allegedly used a woman's stolen credit card.

South Windsor Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the men pictured above, who are suspects in a larceny case.

Police said on Saturday, Dec. 19, a wallet was stolen out of a woman’s purse while she was eating at an Evergreen Walk restaurant on Buckland Road.

A short time later, two unidentified male suspects (possibly Hispanic) used the victim’s stolen credit card at a nearby retail store. The two male suspects charged approximately $5,800 dollars to the victim’s credit card in order to purchase gift cards and pre-paid cellular phone cards.
