Dairy Queen. A staple of my childhood. I remember those summer days of my childhood going mini golfing and grabbing an ice cream. So many great memories of spending time with family and best girlfriends. It was a popular date destination as well. I remember visiting this spot often. When I moved to California, the town of South Windsor tore this hot spot down and I was devastated. After years of wishing they would bring it back, they finally did and I am SO HAPPY! It is truly nostalgic.
