Three New Police Officers Hired In South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The South Windsor Police Department has bolstered its ranks with the hiring of three new police officers.

Devon LaBreck served for five years with the Bloomfield Police Department. He is an Army veteran and has an associate's degree in criminal justice from Asnuntuck Community College.

Jeremiah Bravo was a special police officer with the Fairfield Police Department and holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Sacred Heart University.

Madison Lamagna is pursuing a degree in criminal justice from Southern New Hampshire State University.

Officer LaBreck will complete two weeks of in-house training before starting an abbreviated field training and evaluation program. Officers Bravo and Lamagna will be completing their basic training at the Connecticut Police Academy in Meriden starting July 7.
