Tonight In South Windsor: Mayor’s Forum To Focus On Growth, Development
Residents can hear from town leaders and development officials during tonight's public forum.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor residents will have a chance tonight to hear local and regional leaders discuss business development and economic incentives during a Mayor’s Forum at Town Hall.
The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, March 30, in the South Windsor Town Council Chambers at Town Hall. Organizers are promoting the forum as a discussion on business development, economic incentives and the town’s future growth.

Speakers are set to include Karen Johnson of Development & Asset Mgmt. for Brand St. Properties, identified on the flyer as part of the new owners of Evergreen Walk. Kim Bishop, economic development coordinator for the Capitol Region Council of Governments, is also scheduled to appear.

Other listed speakers include David Griggs, president of MetroHartford Alliance; South Windsor Town Manager Michael Maniscalco; Liliana Serrano Rojas, president of the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce; Erron Smith, director of business development for AdvanceCT; and Jay Williams, president of the Greater Hartford Gives Foundation.
The event had previously been rescheduled, with the flyer noting a newly announced date.
