'Unwanted' South Windsor Man Was Wanted by Manchester Police

Arthur Henderson, 44, arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.

South Windsor police responded to an unwanted person complaint at a Pleasant Valley Road condominium complex at about 1 a.m. on Sept. 17.

Officers learned that a man staying there was wanted by the Manchester Police on a re-arrest warrant, according to a police press release, and officers arrested the man, Arthur Henderson.

Henderson, 44, of 949 Pleasant Valley Road, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and was held on a $6,000 surety bond.
