Violent Vehicle Incident Leads To Charges In South Windsor: PD
A Sunday night altercation on a South Windsor road led to an arrest, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A violent incident on a South Windsor road led to assault charges against a Hartford man, police said.
At 4:19 a.m. Sunday, South Windsor police responded to a suspicious situation call on Bissell Court, according to an incident report. When officers arrived, they noticed a man pulling another man out of a car and assaulting him, according to the report.
Investigators determined that the man also rammed a car with his vehicle and assaulted a second person, according to the report.

The injuries were not disclosed, but the accused assailant, 38-year-old Hector Alicea, of Hartford, was charged with second- and third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Alicea was to be arraigned in court Monday on a $10,000 bond, according to the report.
