SOUTH WINDSOR — A wanted man was caught after a domestic dispute in South Windsor, police said.
At about 1:30 a.m. Thursday, South Windsor officers responded to a domestic dispute at a Scantic Meadow Road home. According to an arrest report, a resident of the home told responding officers that she and a "male relative" had been arguing and the man fled the home on foot because he had "active arrest warrants pending."
A state trooper and police dog, along with South Windsor officers quickly located the suspect in a heavily wooded area nearby and took him into custody.
